Why travel matters

Travel is when we get outside of ourselves. It is a time to explore who we are and challenge our notions and habits. It introduces us to new things that we would never see in our day-to-day life living in the same old town our entire lives. It places us in new scenarios and introduces us to new people, peoples, and cultures.

A means to and end or an end in itself?

There are many ways to get there, even if there is simply not here.

Cars are a delightful way of getting around. You get to control the music, if even the choice of someone else's. You also choose the path and the speed st which you travel. There is little waiting in cars, unless you choose to travel at the same time and space as more people than the roads support. Then you get traffic,
